IF CREEKS HAD DIVANS

If creeks had divans

We would on it gently lay

Feeling the soaky sands

Scour our friable fleshes

As we far hem in to the delights

Of the natural

The flow of the tides enthrall

The little voyagers in their swimming things

They gaped,they danced,they laughed,they had peace.

We would make bonfires

As the taleful winds

Crack,crack and crack unceasingly!

Pouring endless tales in to  chalices

And the lads swig, swig and swig!

We would hear the Scottish

How Macduff

The thewy thane of Fife

Severed the obstinate head of Glamis

We would hear the Italians

How genuine affections became

The spade that dug two graves

We would have thousands of doting memories

In just a passing moment

Of the indelible blossoms of nature

THE PERKS OF TIME ON LOVE

Time and it’s effluences

Seem awes that glare

The face of lovers deep

It avails the joy of togetherness

It does make the sight of mountains,

The flight of air creatures lovely

Time does makes love outgrows all imperfections

It does make love a haven of safety

With time Romeo finds the Juliet

With time the temple becomes the hope

That makes things very slow and soothing to lovers

With time lovers die

Their love becomes a thing of memories

Their memories;a thing of pride.

Their pride; rooted in non vanities

The perks of love and time do conflate

Both bringing resounding felicity and dismal effects

The short-lived ride when lovers are true

Does make time a thing to be doled with endless encomiums

And the non-sempiternity of time does

Make the flowery promises of love shallow

And an endless circle of beautiful lies

HERE IS TO JOY

Here is to joy

The one that knows no bound

The charms are everywhere felt

And the face cracks in to sparks

Here is to joy

The one that makes the bones stronger

And the words full of reliefs

Here is to joy

The one that makes the heart forever hale

Here is to joy

A romantic intercourse with true peace

LAVENDER

A bit of poesy

For the old magenta goddess

She is fit as a fiddle

Always the shinny light to the scary night

She is brittle yet tender

Her petals pelt like the sizzles of the prom night

Oh!She is bashful!

But her coyness is too good for the fad

She capers like the golden butterflies

And her flowery edges cut the wind beauty

She besets my guide with all flamboyance

And it were like the lair of Hades freezing over

I see how her purple conflagrations does burn the heart with hope

She is ravishing and a wonderful flower

She is the pretty lavender

SUMMER

Oh summer!Oh summer!

Why does your flurries

Make the sky go dark?

The serene linings

That does make

The wild oats sprout

And the flies sizzle

Now,the Joy is bereft

Of veracity

And the jaws drop

In disbelief

Conjectures are conjured

To dissuade the salient assertions

Of the inquisitive younglings

All but facades!

Oh! Summer has failed to yield

The crispy apples are but decayed

And the graves are young with carcasses

Oh!The hopes are dashed

And the belly stutters incessantly

The expectations are defeated

And summer has taken a turn

And the world is having a twist

AGE

Age is but numbers
An endless ride to the unknown
The gentle cracks to the bones
The vigor to the soul
Like the polar bear
She does ride
A course,very set
But less understood
It takes sempiternal toils
To unravel the entwined mysteries
That voyage the black sea
With her
She does wait for no one
She harbors all experiences
But she is not wisdom
Wisdom roots herself in something more
Not age definitely
Like the eagle
Soar along with age
She waits for no man
